How do I buy services and sign up as a Webmaster, Employer? Top...
If you are new to FreelanceGroups.com, click the Webmaster, Employer link at the top or bottom of any page and you will be guided through the registration process.

How does it work? Top...
After signing up, you may "Create A Project" and provide all the details of the service you want. Freelancer's will then be able to view your project and bid on it. This is similar to an auction, with an expiry date whereby you communicate wtih the Freelancer and negotiate terms on a private message board.

Once negotiated, you choose the winning bidder yourself. The chosen Freelancer will then have the option of accepting your agreed upon terms or declining them within a specified time frame.

If he/she doesn't not respond within the specified time frame (ususally 24 hrs) the Webmaster, Employer then has the option of extending his/her project. If the Freelancer responds within the said time frame, he/she will then begin to work on your project.

How do I communicate with a Freelancer? Top...
You may post messages on the message private boards. If you post a private message, only the Freelancer it is addressed to will be able to see it. That Freelancer will also be notified by e-mail that you posted a message to them.

Do I have to add money to my account? Top...
If you are posting a Project, then the fee is required prior to posting. For bidding payment - you do not need to add money right away, but eventually you will probably have to when paying a Freelancer. To show your intent is in good faith, eventually add funds, when paying a Freelancer the agreed upon fees or if the Freelancer requests that the project fees are to be placed into "Safe Keeping".

Do I have to pay for services through my FreelanceGroups.com account? Top...

What happens after a Project Manager chooses a freelance provider? Top...
The Project Manager, after choosing a Freelance Provider , then waits for the Freelance Provider to accept the project. The Freelance Provider receives an email stating that they are the winning bidder. If Freelancer doesn't respond, then the project stays open or the Webmaster can choose another FP or repost the project.

When a Project Manager has chosen a Freelance Provider, is there any indication in the Admin area to show this action? Top...
Once the PM has selected someone they should see a rating box open up in the admin panel, such as:

Rate Freelancers
FPjoy (project Logo)

How does the FP accept to do my project? Top...
The Freelance Provider will receive an award email containing a link. When the FP accepts the bid, the project automatically closes.
