We offer Webmaster, Employer's several different categories to post their projects in. FreelanceGroups.com offers you the confidence that our Freelancer's can meet your project needs no matter how small or large the project is.
Our Freelancer's offer a variety of skills and expertise and would most likely be the type of people to work on your project if you were to hire an outside business to do the work. We offer the consumer, or business the convenience of allowing qualified Freelancer's come to you! We take the hassle out of searching through phone books, placing ads, and looking through newspapers just to find the right person to complete your project. |

| After signing up, you simply "Create A Project" and provide all the details of the services you require. Webmaster, Employer's can register and post projects in specific categories. Freelancer's will then bid on the project.
You remain in control of your project and choose the winning Freelancer that will fit your needs. You are not required to take the lowest bidder. The chosen Freelancer will then have the option of accepting your agreed upon terms or declining them within a specified time frame.
Once the Webmaster, Employer finds the right Freelancer with the appropriate skill set for their project, and the Webmaster, Employer and Freelancer agree upon a price, the Webmaster, Employer then chooses winning bidder and exchanges contact information with the Freelancer via email in order to begin the project.
You can also invite Freelancer's, that you have found in our directory, to bid on your projects.
Once a new Freelancer signs up, they can immediately begin browsing projects in various categories and place bids on projects which are of interest to them. |

| Your " Manage Account" page gives you access to all of your activities in one place and allows you to manage your account. You can edit your personal user information, view your Buying Activities (If Registered as Webmaster, Employer), manage your Selling Activities (If registered as Freelancer), or see all trnasactions that you have conducted at FreelanceGroups.com. |
| Does FreelanceGroups.com accept referrals? |

| Yes, FreelanceGroups.com has a great referral program, which is an added benefit for registered Freelancers. When a new Freelancer signs up, he/she is asked if a current Freelancer referred them. If they were, they then type in the user I.D. of the referring member, who in return, receives a referral fee which may be in the form of a credit in his/her account after the new member is a verified subscriber. Best of all, there is no referral limit. You may refer as many new members as you like. |

| When you first signup, there is an option to choose your Profession. The default is "Programmer". To change this:
Login into your Admin Account
On the left menu - choose "Edit Info"
This is the information you provided when you signed up. At ths top is a drop down box of Freelance Profession Choices. Choose the best that describes your business.
scroll down and choose "Areas of Expertise". You can choose up to 5 additional areas.
Each time a project is posted within your Profession and Area of Expertise, you will be automatically notified by email. |
| I signed up, but am no longer a member - Why? |

| This may be due to many reasons. If you abused the policies of Freelance Groups, then your Membership can be terminated without notice.
Another common reason, is the Email you provided is no longer valid. If this occurs, then your Membership is cancelled. |
| My Email is Changing? How do I do this? |

| If you wish to change any information on your account, simply login, click the "Edit Info" link on the left of your Member Admin area, and make changes.
When you make an email change - you will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the email, and you will be required to login again. This will confirm your change request. |
